Love love love them! I have been going there for years but have moved since then. Every chance I get I stop by for a drink with the lovely staff at this location 💚 I'm obsessed with the anime jujitzu kaisan is one of my favs I've set my name as sukuna (part of the series) the lovely staff there drew the most adorable gojo (another character ) on my cup. It absolutely made my morning 🥹🫶🏽

I order on mobile and no one else is in line… it didn’t let me out Carmel drizzle just Carmel so I asked if I can have the cup lined with Carmel as she’s making it and she goes oh it’s way too late for that….. NEVER have I ever experienced that at Dutch Bros or urban buzz. Then today I had a mobile order and they already made it before I pulled up to the drive thru… how long has it been sitting there?isn’t it supposed to be made after we say we’re here?

This location is terrible when it comes to timeliness with morning mobile orders. I place my order on the app before I even walk out the front door of my house. I arrive 15 minutes later and the order isn’t ready. It’s well past the time the app tells me and the one employee that’s making mobile orders (everyone else is focused on making orders for the drive thru- which should not be the priority because mobile orders have already paid) tells me she doesn’t even see my order yet coming up on the iPad. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! HOW IS THAT ACCEPTABLE? It’s been 20 minutes now and you’re telling me you don’t even see mine coming up yet? What’s the purpose of the app telling me the order will be ready at a certain time then? I’ve been late to work multiple times because of this issue.

9/12 Friday morning 9:45. Warm welcome and then this beautifully perfect pumpkin spice latte! It literally looked like an ad for Starbucks. Great job to staff!

9 out of 10 times my order is incorrect. This is what "light" cinnamon powder looks like. I guess there is no in between?!? Ridiculous.The last 2 photos are 3 shots of espresso with cold foam & light cinnamon. I sat outside the drive-thru window and the barista never returned. The store was empty, no one was in line inside or outside. I will drive out of my way to go to another location. This location is awful!!! The staff is rude and unmotivated. This crew is not a good representation for a Starbucks.
